Bayside Building and Pest Inspections is run and owned by Marty Steel. The business is based in North Brisbane and services the Brisbane area.
Marty is a registered builder, with over 30 years experience, who specialised in renovations. He will investigate and report on all aspects of structural soundness, workmanship, and maintenance issues.

He is also happy to guide you on future plans you may have on your prospective purchase, and the feasibility therein.
All Bayside Building and Pest Inspections are designed to meet the conditions of the Australian Standard AS4349.1.
